All merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to Bergen Polish Pottery.  Please retain all original packaging for inspection by UPS.

Merchandise exchanges accepted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  Customer is responsible for cost of shipping for returned merchandise
